Most of the K-Line Danta Fe Passenger cars are in the K-4630 SERIES. Your number is a K-4530 SERIES which I could only find one listing. The K-4530 SERIES looks like the 13 1/2" size cars.

These 13-1/2 inch Streamliner passenger cars feature realistic interiors and brilliant overhead illumination. The famous red and yellow Santa Fe “War Bonnet” livery extends along the sides, the perfect add-on for the Silver Chief Streamliner Passenger Set.

K-4630A K-4630A

The dieselized Super Chief transported passengers from Chicago to the West Coast in record time and in unique style. The Santa Fe gave their passenger cars Native American inspired names and decorated the car interiors with southwestern style motifs. The use of Native American inspired themes led to what certainly became the most identifiable locomotive paint scheme in the world — the “War Bonnet” livery. The War Bonnet livery was a design representation of the profile of a Native American chief wearing a feather headdress. Santa Fe applied this locomotive paint scheme to the Super Chief Diesel Engines.

The F Units that led the Super Chief in the late 1940s are produced here in O Scale, complete with the stunning war bonnet paint scheme. Additionally, we have reproduced the authentic lightweight steel passengers cars from the Super Chief era here with accurate, 1:48 scale proportions in unprecedented prototypical detail. In order to satisfy the O Scale and the O Gauge operator, K-LINE® is producing these aluminum 4-PACS two ways -- in O Scale (18') and in shortened O Scale (15'). The 15' passenger cars are created specifically with the smaller layout operator in mind. These cars are made three inches shorter in order to smoothly negotiate O-31 diameter curves. These 15 inch cars have the same high level of detail and all aluminum bodies.

Each car is equipped with the StreamLighting® system, the innovative way to realistically illuminate the car interior. A printed circuit board with a series of small bulbs provides brilliant and consistent overhead illumination for each car interior. Each passenger car has a unique interior specific to that car’s body style.

The first long-distance route to incorporate double-deck cars in a streamliner consist, the 'El Capitan' debuted its new Hi-Level Passenger Cars in 1956. Developed jointly between The Budd Company and AT&SF Railroad, the Hi-Level cars offered Americans something unique and innovative, while the upper-level seating offered a quieter ride and panoramic views.

K-LINE's fleet of Hi-Level cars feature all the amenities of the original coach cars, including upper-level doors and vestibules at both ends of the car to connect with other Hi-Level equipment. The functional 'step down' coach is prototypically designed with a lower level entrance at one end to provide access from single-level cars to upper-level coach seating. Acquired by Amtrak in May 1971, the popular Santa Fe Hi-Levels were the inspiration for Amtrak's new fleet of Superliner cars.

Thank You a little bit of history SF E3A #11A/11B was delivered in 1938 and was assigned to pull the SF new service Super Chief pulling the new light weight stainless steel Budd Passenger cars also delivered that same year. Dome cars would not be added until after the war. My passenger consist is modeled after the 1939 super chief and I plan on replacing the dome car

I've been running this all afternoon: it has become my favorite train, and I decided I prefer it to my Super Chiefs even .  This is a Legacy Berkshire, with slightly modified bodywork(cab roof raised about a foot and a few other minor things) and some light weathering, pulling thirteen Lionel map-slogan cars and a scale wood sided caboose.  I just love everything about it.  The Berk is a wonderful runner with great chuffing sound, and just the right size for my layout - big but not so long it overhangs on 72" curves lookin unrealistic.  It looks really good going a scale 30-35 mph.  The map-slogan cars look great, too,  and thirteen is just the right r for me, long enough that it stretches out and the whole train almost takes up my longest straight track section, but no so long it lingers forever as it come by any location.  The caboose could stand some weathering - it looks a bit too shiny, but altogether this is a train that I just love.
