Years ago; I worked with some folks born and raised on the Canadian prairies who talked about this and a few other storms. I thought at times it was analogous to the old “walking to school through waist deep snow, uphill both ways” kind of “talk”. Looking at these photos however, maybe they weren’t exaggerating as much as I thought...🤔
