Their appears to be a complete lack of Apple compatible track planning tools for standard gauge. I don't want to operate cad cam or windows simulation on my apple. Don't want the headache. I would draw it myself but cant even find those plastic track drawing / planning templates like I used in my HO era.
So would anyone care to show their track plan for standard gauge?

mikemike, I'm not sure how helpful this will be, I don't know if the forum format will allow you to enlarge this enough to see it. This is the center section of my standard gauge layout. Drawn on a Mac with an ancient 2-D design program which I was already familiar with, I used it to design houses ten years ago.

Thank You Guys! Everything helps with ideas for my space. I want to add two more loops for independent running. Just need to figure the space out.
This is roughly my track plan for a 20 by 8 layout. Note the figure 8. I added a single straight to the 42 curves which allowed me to use 72 curves and custom cut straights to make the 8.
Is that an island type layout with access from all four sides?
