Gentlemen THANK YOU so much for the kind words this has been a learning experience as usual. I learned I can scratch an entire underbody from 1/32" plywood. That is surprisingly strong and warp resistance is good so far. The entire interior is in the thread Passenger car Interiors, and you can see it in the background of these pics. Final assembly starts after touch up paint and dullcoat today.  The new epoxy seems to be holding the metal sides to the wood sideframe rather well, and one mistake from initial layout is going to haunt me I forgot to bury 3/32" and clearance issues result. I saved all the notes so the next time I wont do that again!!!! Really need to spend some time cleaning up and figuring out how to thwart my concrete crew that is dead set on working asap.Seems the phone may mysteriously shut off about wed evening cant miss Chicago every year cause the weather here cant make up its mind
