Wow! Just Wow! Thanks for sharing the work you do.
Yes, excellent work as always. Can I assume that these are spoken for? If not, I would be interested on one, unpainted.

Just curious, why unpainted? The CB&Q ONLY painted those waycars silver/aluminum. Plus, they are specific to the CB&Q as no other railroad had waycars/cabooses EXACTLY like these (the Wabash cars were different).
I've been painting my models for well over 55 years and really enjoy it. I'm a Burlington modeler, belong to the Burlington Route Historical Society, have written articles for the BRHS on painting and kitbashing and help edit several books on the Burlington Route. I also collect Q memorabilia from china, time tables, calendars to lanterns. I have 14 lanterns.
So if Brother Love have any of these available for sale, I would love one to custom paint and add to my collection of Q models.

Well, not quite.
The first batch of NE12's were painted MOW orange, until the brass saw them. Then of course, there's the ones repainted BN.
Hi Brother Love:
I want to buy one of your NE-12 waycars in 3-rail O-gauge decorated as CB&Q #13572 in the silver paint with horizontal red stripe. The prototype #13572 is preserved & operates at Illinois Railway Museum in Union, IL.
If you have a second one available, then please prepare it in 3-rail O-gauge in the MOW orange paint. I will look into Randy Danielle's CB&Q Waycar book to see what road numbers were prototypical to that scheme.
Please contact me off-list with details. My e-mail is in my profile.
Thanks in advance !!!
CB&Q Bill

They look beautiful, Malcolm! Another great job by the master!
BL, there is a kit in HO, that l would like in O, if existed, on the Bay, that you might want to build in O for your own collection/ layout, as maybe related to your modeled region. It is a Southern RR tobacco hogshead car. I am going to have to see pictures of the prototype. It looks like a car the guy heading the Strasburg O show would offer in brass...
