They were laying rail to move two Sandy Fay cabooses, by hand, two crews, down parallel tracks, driving spikes with mauls. Looked like real work! Nice to see a couple of ATSF cabeese surviving. Then they went on to shovel coal out of bins beside a railroad. That looked like work, too, and like coaling the DSP&P off a platform in the 1880's, but not a Mason Bogie in sight.
