Sounds like you are at the location that we old AOL'ers used to BBQ at years ago,before the TCA got a stick up their u know what.. Watch out! if it gets to popular they will bust your ballon and stop the event for some stupid reason

Have fun fellas, wish I could be there. At least I made the inaugural Kosher get together.

I thought about this.  But if it does we will move it off the fairgrounds.  But I am hoping to keep it manageable.

We will have a list of items needed 2 weeks before.  Ill have a few cigars there.

One with my name on it, I hope, assuming I can make the April meet (I am registered).

Always great to see all you folks, and this gentile is always up for some kosher goodies.

Since Mike already has approval, and seeing that this gathering is actually some distance away from where the AOL gatherings were held and is out of the way of traffic, etc., I doubt there will be any problems.

I didn't burn the hot dogs.

Hate to miss it, but we will be returning from Disney World that day. Maybe I'll see you Friday. I had a great time last Fall at this event!

First timer, I'm in!!

Yes, Mike, you should ok with your mini shindig compared to what we grew to when we had our 5th AOL BBQ gathering there. Just think, grown men drinking beer talking trains! What a bunch of radicals we were!

But, the last one there was really cool when Neil and family joined us for the food and drinks and train talking.

Well... we ended up going to the Viking Club for 15 more Friday night BBQ events there.

..And a great time was had by all!

I'd like to go to this event , but I don't think I can get to York until Friday. 

and I could have brought some Monticello bagles! (the best in the world!)

If it gets that big, I would find somewhere else to host it.  But the ED and the fairgrounds are being very accommodating.  Looking forward to the gathering again!

How long do you guys go?  Driving up from NY in the morning - so doubt I'll be up there before early afternoon.  Can't wait...it's been a while since I made it to York.

I'll bring some cooking tools.

We will have regular dogs this spring, not Knockwurst.  If you email me off line I will start coordinating the efforts.  Hebrew National while they have kosher supervision, the oversight is not strict enough to be acceptable by the Orthodox community.  Here is a broad explanation, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hebrew_National   .

Since I can't make it I'll just go to Costco and get a polish dog instead. 

Hey Chris- NY Subway, You need to behave yourself this time and not make some low ball offer for a subway set like you did last time you attended York. You don't want to upset that couple once again, do you? LOL!

lol Ted.  Some things never die, but what fun would it be if I didn't stir things up a bit.    Besides I must've been to at least 3 or 4 Yorks since that happened. 

I miss the OLD AOL get togethers at York, you guys all have fun!
