Charles Ro Lionel 2014 Catalog Prices Online

As of this time -8 am CDT, they only have a few items priced. At least they are

working on it and should have it all before too long.

Not sure what you're looking for Gramps, but there's a ton of stuff out there.  Certainly more than "a few" from what I could see.  For sure all the BTO stuff that I looked for was there... And a whole bunch more that wasn't BTO as well.

I'm sure they'll have the consolidated 2014 pricing brochure posted soon enough for ya!

Ro has great prices and I buy from him all the time but using his website is completely frustrating. After a dozen fruitless clicks I could not find the Lionel 2014 catalogue. On the front page is access to the 2014 Big Boy but that is as far as I could get.

If someone could post a link I would appreciate it.

Agreed. He may have prices "up," but very misleading. Don't see the 2014 catalog anywhere.

I've bought from Ro for years (and will continue to do so) but the web site could use some work. 

Well I could not get anything other than 2014 big boy either if the catalog and pricing was there it no longer is now at 6:46am!

Neither Charles Ro nor Nassau Hobbies actually put the catalog on their website.  Instead, they just forward you, via link, to the Lionel website.  Easier to just go there to download the 2014 catalog.

As I mentioned above, they don't have the 2014 pricing brochure online yet, but I did notice lots of 2014 items when I was browsing the site itself.  Probably not exactly what you wanted to hear.  For all I know, they could still be adding more stuff as we speak.

I just happened to check for the PE Berk, and noticed they posted a price of $1019.95 and then saw the cab forwards right below it for $1199.95.  Lots -- but not all -- of other stuff listed as well.

The only prices I found were for RTR. None from Signature.

I'm just glad I'm not a toy train dealer, 'cause I'd never be able to keep everyone happy in this day and age.  

For the umteenth time... The catalog is not posted on the site.  But if you happen to be browsing through the various Lionel product sections, you'll notice they're populating the sections with 2014 content and pricing.

I'm sure they'll be replacing the 2013 pricing brochures on the website home page with a new 2014 brochure when they're ready.  I just thought it was great to see they were posting 2014 catalog prices on lots of stuff -- especially the BTO.

With all of the train shops that have been recently spotlighted as closing, it is nice to have such a reputable dealer that has served this hobby for many years and I hope for many more years to come.

I have been able to order everything that I want from the RTR catalog but only about 1/2 of what I want from the signature catalog are up. Missing is most of the rolling stock about 40 pieces.

Prices are great to me looking at what others want for what I have on my list.

Yep. Just eye-balling a few items for comparison purposes.

I find Charles Ro website very easy to use, you just click on "on-line" store and then the category you're looking for and the items with pictures and price comes up. Personally, I am in no-rush for getting in pre-orders as I haven't even seen the printed catalog yet.

Exactly, that didn't go unnoticed... and I just may be tempted to order an FM in Canadian Pacific livery.  Might even do a pair of them, since I don't have any Legacy FM's yet.  

Those FM Trainmasters often remind me of the days my Dad (who passed away last year) would drive me to the local train shop on weekends when I was 7 years old.  I'll always remember browsing through the 1966 Lionel catalog at the store's glass display case.  The store had the Virginian FM, which had a $65 MSRP, marked down to $52.  But back then even that was a lot of money.

Not true, I just found this. There's not a catalog for just 2014 offerings, they are mixed in with the general selections.

so far I have found that if you put in the 6- number if they have it listed it will show up.

most of the items my wife wants show up this way.

hopefully they will have the entire catalog up soon.

Best way to get a 100% accurate search for Lionel products on charlesro is to follow their internal database codes... type the letter "L" plus the "6-" number (without the "6-").

For example, if you were looking for the upcoming Chessie Mikado, you'd search on L81299.  Works every time!

That only works if the products are entered into their database, there are about 40 products that I want to buy but they are no where to be found on their site yet.

Once you follow Rocky Mountaineer's steps look at the bottom to the right below "prices" and hit " next " for more items under e.g. steam locomotives, rolling stock, etc.

Thanks, Dr. Jack.   I did that... lotsa stuff to weed thru & I still don't think all of its there.  As I mentioned before, I am just hoping Ro will have his typically-formatted red & blue price list for 2014 up soon.
