Good evening all. Yesterday I had a chance to visit Churu's layout and took some sample videos with my phone. Hope you enjoy. We had four trains going at one point and after I stopped taking video, I ran his Pennsy K4.
Wow That's a large layout, It seems to go through two or three rooms, and I also saw it go through the bathroom. I would like to know how many rooms it actually goes through and how big is this layout. Churu is a very nice guy!!!!!!!!!!!!.
My train room is 24'x52' has its own bathroom and central heating and air conditioning, in fact the bathroom is part of along tunnel this layout is under construction, there is not ballast neither scenery yet, the future subway is in the construction plan,so is the intermodal facility and the minuature city, the passenger station is done so is the home made 12 stall rounhouse and electrical operate turntable, I am attaching a picture.
The holes in the walls are in the bathroom and then a storage closet. When the trains pass through the storage closet is seems like several minutes pass before they appear again. Almost as if there is a Bermuda Triangle phenomenon going on. Just when you think there is a problem, they show back up. It is quite clever how he did it. It is a rather large layout. We could have easily added at least two other trains if someone else was taking the videos.
