These are different (but similar) transformers released with differing arrangements of breakers, but here goes:
For the 30B, there typically is three breakers - one for each throttle and one for the fixed output. The general consensus I have found is that the modern BUSSMANN 22110-000 typically used in the Lionel KW transformers is a reasonable replacement. Note that these breakers may be undersized to allow all the current available from the 300W transformer out through a single circuit and may be oversized allowing each circuit to be under current for the specific breaker, but the sum total higher than the transformers rating.
I would recommend the BUSSMANN 22105-000 or UCB-6 for the breakers in the 18B which would allow for even spreading of the load across the throttles.
And just of note, the out of transformer breaker you show pictured is a Lionel 1063-24.
