My Hornby 20V AC Bramham Moor finally showed up from the UK today.  She is play worn, in need of new wheels due to zinc pest, but still an excellent runner despite the splits in 2 of her drive wheels.  Producing loads of great ozone as she runs.  Hornby offered these in clockwork and 20v ac drives with the electric version getting the unprototypical light bulb in the boiler face.  These were one of Hornby's top of the line, scale like models to compete against Bassett Lowke and others.  Realistic and colorful as were most all British locomotives of that time.  Model dates from the 1930's.  I have JB welded the cracks shut, but will completely rewheel the engine over the summer months with reproduction wheels once I find someone in the UK to also respray them in LNER green.    AD

It is right now, JEP postal van and 2 of the CWIL Wagon Lits sleeper cars, the I have one more but it needs a wheel/axle assembly as zinc pest got that wheel bad.  I will have some Hornby or Bassett Lowke LNER coaches by next fall and hopefully some LMS coaches for my Bassett Lowke LMS compound as well.  Here is a pic of the LMS Compound.
