Yes, that is definitely the best advice! Although I like our competitor's staff, some of whom I have known for years, and enjoy having a competitor in our field and subject of interest, I'm not at all sure that they feel the same way about us. No point in taking chances.
Take care of it via email. Definitely easy enough to do. Take photo with your smartphone; bring up the image; hit the email button; type in the recipient's email address; and hot send. Pretty simple.
