Just completed my version of 6035 Mountain beaten into shape from a Lionel 736 Berkshire. Even with all the compromises and omissions I think she still looks the part, from across the layout!🤣🤣

Looks good up close also! Great work! JohnA
Very nice.
Nice job! I'm definitely a fan of your Canadianized projects
Thank you for the comments!
Very nice work.
I would love to see a better image of the tender and the cab. What is the tender from? It looks like a proper Vanderbilt.
I have a CN Northern project that someone had been building in 2 rail brass. It got passed on to me and I have had some fits and starts on finishing it. It has no tender and I am working out the drive.
You made this locomotive from a Berkshire? Wow! You're a real surgeon. You should start doing face lifts - make more money!
Kidding aside, very creative. I too am a Canadian National and Canadian Pacific fan, so join you in celebration of those two railroads' handsome steam rosters.
This is excellent! What did you use to enclose the cab?
Beautiful work @midnightwrecking
So the tender is scratch built. Nice work.
I love the picture of the in progress surgery. It give a real idea of the amount of change you made.

Thank you. I used a mix of brass and styrene.
A few pics of the completed project. With some compromises I was able to keep the whistle in the re-built tender. (just looking at the pics I've just realized that I didn't reposition the hand rails in front of the boiler front!)

Nice looking job! Always good to see some Canadian models scratchbuilt and kitbashed.
Is there room for a lite in the cab? Lol
Al
Thank you for the comments. I suppose a small light in the cab would help you see the motor better, Al!
Wow! Fantastic job! I did a similar project with a U1f Mountain. However, yours is much better!
Great project, thank you
Very nicely done!
THAT is one good looking locomotive
