Coal depletion issues

Good morning all,

I have the vision line big boy that is experiencing tender Coal depletion issues. Coal load doesn’t raise or lower even though the gears turn & makes the Coal depletion sounds. I’m accustomed to doing my own repairs, I hate sending my stuff in for repairs, is there a exploded view of the locomotive & tender available?

He had another method that I used and works. Doing a search will find that earlier thread.
