The club I am in purchased laser wood cut coal tipple and bldg kits at York a few years ago.We have lost several parts over the past few years and would like to buy new parts.Does anybody know the name of the dealer in the Orange hall who sells these O scale kits?He has a whole setup of the buildings on display at the show.We can not remember his name.

You'd have much better luck contacting the manufacture about parts for kits. A dealer is not going to break up a kit at York to sell you a part form it.....and very very few dealers carry just parts to high dollar laser kits. Or if the manufacture will be at York contact them before and see if you can arrange to get the parts there. Might help if you listed the manufacture and kit in your question here so someone might be able to help.
K&P is one of them. He has a coal breaker and other building kits. Is that the one? Don't think he has a website.
Duhamel makes his own items. Maybe he could help or someone with a laser.

Yup, that is them....I stop and look at their offerings every trip, and have an O scale
coal dealer, but many of their attractive models are only made in S, or, at least, not
in O. I thought they were on Indian Rock Rd., just south of the fairgrounds, but guess
not.

The owner is Phil Kehr and the above contact info is correct. He previously lived on Indian Rock Dam Road. He is an OGR advertiser (Run 270 p73).
The original building line was S scale, but he is continuing to add O scale versions of the kits. A good selection are already converted.
