CoasterDynamix ferris wheel premiers at York in April

The prototypes at York looked great 

I've had great luck with the CD rocket ride, turtle ride and roller coasters and will be looking forward to picking one of these up at York (but I won't get there until the Fall)

What will be the cost?  I made a post last month about accessories and potentially purchasing a coaster.  I've been thinking about picking one up at York. I'm still undecided.   This another option!

I have the Coaster Dymanix roller coaster almost 7 ft long as the anchor piece of my carnival. it is a crowd pleaser and it runs like a fine watch

The ferris wheel will be $300. The coasters range from $500-$700. Buy more than one item..... we love to deal. Haha.

How about a Tilt A Whirl?? :-)

We get asked that a lot. We may look into it. We are concentrating on rides with small footprints because we all know real estate is at a premium.

Please do! There are others out there that are very nice, but the prices are steep, A tilt a whirl foot print in O gauge would be about 12"x12" :-)

There are some HO ferris wheels out there that are nice but what puts them over the edge is the lighting kits  Look at the Faller Jupiter ferris wheel on You Tube.  Its awesome   You might try adding one of these as an add-on   If so you definitely have a purchase from us.

I have some light samples coming in today. The problem we have is rigging up a custom slip ring or rotating contact on a ferris wheel. For Faller, they sold over 10k kits so designing a custom part was a no brainer. For us to sell a couple hundred is a challenge. So what I've done is ordered some LED samples that use button cell batteries. This way, the batteries rotate with the wheel. Not ideal, but it may be a solution.

I purchased a Dynamix Cyclone roller coaster some time ago. It is one beautiful piece of work. Unfortunately it is too big to fit into my layout area. It is is brand new and never even been out of the box. At this time I have decided to sell it. It is located in Old Bridge New Jersey. Before I put it on E bay I am reaching out to this forum. We are putting the final touches on the ferris wheel this weekend. We have made some additions to the model such as including people in the seats and WORKING LIGHTS. Price will now be $350 for the model, but I think the added realism justifies the cost. We also have lighting kits for the rocket ride and tumble bugs available as add-ons.

I'll post some pictures tomorrow. We are up to our ears in parts. It takes so many components to make a single model. Each new ride we develop I tell myself "this one will be the easiest to build" and each time it takes a little longer than the last one. Haha. My fingers have been so caked with glue, my iPhone wouldn't recognize my thumbprint to unlock it for the past week!

My retirement goal is to spend my golden years building a HO scale amusement park.I already bought some of the fantastic Faller amusement park rides.I also have the HO Comet roller coaster from Coaster Dynamix.

We are in the Orange hall in AA-11.

My Run Room had no table space for a Cyclone Coaster so I created a vignette to hang on the wall.

I will definately be purchasing one in the next few months..

The ferris wheel looked great!  I was the guy who looked at the coaster 10 times today and finally bought it on the way out.  LOL
