I think you mean "full color"? If you really want to go to the max, get some color slide film and take photos of family a friends to put in each window.
The original design was made by Marx for their small streamlined cars, and Williams made something quite similar for their passenger cars for awhile. Something might be out there, repro's have been made of just about everything else to do with train parts.
The Marx inserts were fun: looking carefully, you can find passengers such as Marilyn Monroe.
Well I have not seen those color sillouette strips since the 1990's heavyweights made by Samhongsa of Korea. You would have to either make your own or "Rob Peter to pay Paul". Good luck!
