I just thought I'd let you know that I would never bid in your auctions after the treatment I received from your staff a few years ago. I'm not trying to start trouble here, but I could never get a response from Stout Auctions ,by phone or email, after this happened. Buyer beware......................

Hi Barry,

No trouble started. I'd personally like to hear about your experience. We don't have the opportunity to make things right unless we know what happened and how we can improve. I'm out of the office today and our office manager leaves for vacation tomorrow. Please email me at Derek@stoutauctions.com and I'll be happy to discuss with you either by phone or email.

Thanks for letting us know,

Derek

Just one more day before we have two great auctions. If you have not taken a chance to browse through the catalogs yet, please do so by clicking through the links in the top post. We'll be in the office until 2 PM Eastern to take care of any last minute questions or to get you registered to bid online.

Please remember you must be manually approved to bid if you have never done business with us before. We recommend starting that process ASAP so you have plenty of time to submit bids for this weekend.

Thanks!

The Stout Auctions Team
