Command Control Speeder

Is it just me or does the strobe light on the roof look ridiculous?

I thought it would be fun to have one of these, but I think I will now pass. I am guessing it would be a difficult task to locate and then install a smaller light. Any ideas?

With my limited knowledge of actual speeders I consider my opinion of little value, but I would not like the size of the light either. I would need to have proof that the strobe were close to scale or no go.
