Before I got my Base 3, I was manually throwing my Command switches , by hand, and all 22 seemed to move freely. Today I spent time connecting them to work with the Base 3 and 3 of them seemed to be locked in place. Could controlling them in a different way have caused this?

I have all 10 of my command switches in the Base 3 and all work fine either using the Cab3 app or manually.
I think it is probably the switches. I have seen this before. When throwing it by command or by the switch controller, I had one switch that would do that. It would lock up. I had to manually move it, then it would work again. It has to do with the gear and motor and limit switches inside the switch. When the motor flips it, it is more powerful and can jamb the mechanism (they are kind of poor quality inside). I tried to fix the mechanism multiple times, but finally just replaced the switch. Also, if you have them screwed down to the layout, they can distort the switch and cause the same issue.
Some of the runs of the command switches had this issue.
It's not the Base 3. I had this happen even with the switch controller that comes with the switches.
