Has anyone had success writing code to communicate directly with a Base 3 or LCS WiFi module via TCP/IP? I would really like to interrogate the LCS STM modules to get real time switch state information. This isn’t available over the LCS Ser2. I have extracted about as much information as I think there is to get from the TMCC commands that the Ser2 streams and want to send and receive PDI packets. I’ve seen mention of ports 139 and 50001 being used by the Base 3/LCS WiFi module but can’t find any code samples that do this.
I have signed up as a Lionel Partner. That doc does a great job describing how to parse PDI packets, but I can’t find anywhere how to grab the data stream over WiFi.
