Not only is that a good article about a great layout, it's a refreshing change from all those look alike hi-rail layouts and it even lives up to the name of the magazine.
Nice! I've always enjoyed photos of Dave's layout. It's a layout the average guy could build without having to take out a bank loan or needing a forty acre farm to put it in.
Well the average guy better be pretty good electrically. He has relays so he can run two trains on the same track, one engine stop'es if it gets too close to the lead engine. I have seen his vidio of it and it works like a champ. I also admire his article in CTT on building his transfer table.
