I programmed a 4 engine MTH PS3 consist but when I try to operate it, it says that 1 of the engines is not on the track. However if I run just the 1 engine from the consist alone it runs fine. (DCS running). I have the lasted TIU, remote, etc. I tried to locate a solution in Barry's book but to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Exactly how are you attempting to turn on smoke and lights? Exactly what happens when you try to do so?
Repeat what I described above, however, instead of on the layout, use a few sections of track directly connected to the TIU's output. Also, before turning off track power, shut down the lashup.
I am using the remote buttons for smoke & lights. I will try your suggestions tomorrow. Dinner time now & then have some errands to run. Will let you know how nI make out. Thank you for the help.
