Can anybody give me contact information for the man & wife in the Orange Hall who were selling the police cars, ambulances, fire trucks, and etc., with the FLASHING LED's? I was very much impressed, bought two, and would like to get more. But - they did not put a card or any contact info in the bag with my purchases. Your help appreciated.....

I would suggest contacting TCA for an Orange Hall vendor list / table diagram and then trying to visualize where that table falls. From there you could contact the vendor who probably has a website listing or phone number listed with TCA. Sometimes the vendor's name will spark your memory like "The Flashing Light Man" or something.
Or you could just wait until October to re-visit the vendor at the next meet.
