Fifteen bucks might be towards the high end for that product but I would have paid it for that box. Nice find. 

I see those at TJ Maxx, Michael's and A.C. Moore.

I haven't done my usual search this season. Last year I went to about 4-5 of the usual suspects and came up empty. I still have the ones that I -- and several others -- found at Big Lots 2-3 years ago. 

Have not seen any in a couple of years. I checked the usual suspects and nothing. However, I found several at thrift stores cheap. After Xmas is a great time because people are donating Xmas items.

The tree they are offering is really neat! That may look nice on my modules during Christmas when I use all tin buildings.
