Most farmers will tell you that they regret not building the shed bigger. I would add another 4 feet to each dimension at least. That will help solve your space dilemma. Quality is remembered long after cost is forgotten.

Surely true, and for O-gauge, this is not really a big space. But, I have limited space in yard, and I don't want to push it and run into trouble with easements, HMO, and the "executive committee".
