4.8 volt volt 1.4 watt would be a #483 booklight

6.3 volt 1.58 watt would be a GE #134

7.5 volt 1.6 watt would be a GE #50

14.4 volt 1.4 watt would be a GE #52

all Edison screw base with round globe.

Well, one of the correct lamps is a GE 410A. Thank you to the members for your assistance with this Hafner.
