I have a brand new Lionel CSX Heritage unit. Seem like when I put more than 10 cars, Atlas, MTH or Lionel or any mix the rear couple opens. I am am using the Legacy system but I am NOT pressing the coupler release button. It just seems to open.

Short of sending this back for a replacement - a zip tie does not work because this is electric coupler plus their is no real way to keep it from opening. Unlike a BC or other card you can put a zip tie around the coupler preventing it from opening.

My other Lionel's no issues - Ideas or solutions?
