Is this company still in business? I sent him an order for a Cinder Hoist 2 weeks ago via the website. Never heard anything back. I have left 2 phone messages and an email. I'm asking because the products are highly recommended on this forum. As a plan B, does anyone have the cinder hoist kit they want to sell?

I ordered a cinder hoist from him a few years ago. It took a while to get it. Why not give him a call? His phone number is on his website.

Dave is a busy guy and usually buried in orders.

As has been pointed out, Dave is one busy man - his is a very small operation, so it takes some time to get what you ordered. That being said, I’ve found the wait worth it.
In the event you can’t reach Dave, or decide you want to go a different direction, let me know - I have one of his hoists I planned on installing, but various changes to my plan now make it impractical, so it just sits under the layout - I’d be willing to send it to a new home.
