There were four CrewTalk bay window cabooses issued:

6-19742 Erie - 1998
6-19749 Southern Pacific (part of a set) - 1998
6-19889 Pennsylvania - 2001
6-19890 Santa Fe - 2001

Yes, they have both squealing brakes and a rear strobe light.

On my early Erie version, the marker lights are green, with a red flasher on the rear also. With electrocouplers. The Erie has a different dialog from the other early version, Southern Pacific. The dialoged is timed with the locomotive crew talk to sound like the engineer and conductor are having a conversation. By early I mean it has the modular boards. The later version uses the railsounds light board, and Lionel had a couple of those, but don't recall if the dialog is different between the two.
