I'm installing a cruise commander in a old Williams Fm. The front and rear lights are tied on one end to chassis ground. The Commander has a common electrical output for the lighting. The install diagram shows
the two lights tied to its respective driver. The lights are then tied to the board common.
1) Is this common chassis ground?
2) Can the lights remain tied to chassis ground and just the triac driver output connected.
