Seems to me that of all of the Big Four, this is one railroad where there was never a true merger. It seems the identies of some of the earlier roads are in control of parts of it. Like you hear about the Chessie Moffia. If so, I would guess this is causing internal issues for them .

Really????? Don't you remember The Family Lines and the B&O/C&O mergers of previous years.
