CSX 5107 "The W. Thomas Rice Special"

I saw the above named locomotive at the point of a southbound autorack train at Nashville's Kayne Avenue Yard today at 11:55am. The train left at 12:00 pm going to Chattanooga, I think. I am guessing that W. Thomas Rice is the man for whom Rice yard in Waycross, GA is named for?

Rice was in charge of the ACL (1957-67) prior to it merging with the SAL in 1967, then SCL (1967-1977). He was a transportation Captain during WWII rising to Major, after the war he rose to Major General. Died in 2006 at 93.

2007 3rd Quarter of Lines South has a small article on him.
