Just read that a CSX train "broke down" on their mainline along the Ohio River through Coraopolis, Pa. and it is blocking 6 street crossings !! They said it would be there for awhile. Didn't say what the problem was. More fun for the CSX people.

The "problem" is a broken coupler on a 100+ car train in Coraopolis. Repairs under way at noon.
Its a rather common problem. Will take a about 1.5 hours to repair.
Last time I visited my parents in Florida, in February, the same thing happened along the east/west CSX (former SAL) main west of Tallahassee. I was staying at a hotel and there was a break in a coal train at the nearest crossing. The next day, I told my folks and Dad said the exact same thing happened at the same spot a few months before that.
