So I was wondering around the web to see if the Santa fe Railroad ever made fa1 or fa2s but I couldn't find much awnsers. So I came here ask if anyone has seen or know that if Sante Fe ever made fa1 and fa2 diesel engines.

Santa Fe never made any diesels, except for extensive rebuilds like the CF7.
However. No, the Santa Fe did not buy any Alco FA1 or FA2 diesels. The only Alco cab units they purchased were the DL109/110 set and PA/PB1's.
