Current draw upon startup PS3 vs PS2 aka supercap vs battery theoretical question.

For example..would 5 PS3 super cap engines require more current than 5 PS2 battery engines upon applying track power?

Yes, Watch a PS-3 engine start up on a Z-4000 in conventional. Amps can get as high as .7 before startup. It rises and falls. I was surprised by it. All before it starts up (other than headlight).

PS-2 peaks at .3amps with basic HL and sounds, battery closer to .2amps

Smoke off obviously and not a diesel with 8 pin connected. G
