Custom Curve with RealTrax

i need to make a custom curve for my Realtrax layout. Since there is no flexible Realtrax, I am wondering if anyone has adopted other brands like Flextrack for this purpose? Cutting the Realtrax is not going to work in this situation.

appreciate any suggestions.
