Is there anyone out there that can produce laser cut window material to a specific dimension? I am in need of steel factory windows for a project or two. See pics, dimensions were picked by my handy iPhone measure tool. Years ago Model Tech Studios made some grid sheets for me that have since been consumed by projects. A sheet of window grid material would work as I can cut to whatever shape I need.

Hi Norm,
I used Richard Shepard at RS Laser Kits when I owned Korber Models to make a number of laser cut items including windows. Since then I have gotten some other items made as well. I just got some new windows made a few weeks ago for a kitbashed I am working on.
these were made from a material they call laserboard. In some of them you can also get him to add peel and stick adhesive to be able to attach window glass. They can cut the window glass as well.
Thanks Rich, that’s a good lead! I will look him up.
Depending on how close the structure is to the viewer you can also use vellum and simply print your windows. Vellum will give you that frosted look and still let you light the interior. Russ
Thx Russ, but I’d prefer a thin grid I can lay over clear styrene or acetate. Here’s some of my Rusty Stumps ones I’ve collected over the years. The second pic shows what’s left of the Model Tech material:

I have $150.00 of factory windows from Rusty Stumps in a shoe box. I looked at his site last week and could no longer find Ind. Windows anymore. Glad I bought them back in the day. I also had him make me the security gates as well.
I need the square ones in the last photo for a future project. I may just make and print my own out of paper.
Let me know guys if you find any.

Thanks Norm.
Looks like I found a solution, thanks for the suggestions fellas!
SIRT, that guy’s stuff is awesome!
Thanks Norm for the window site, and they ship to Australia as well! Roo.
Stephen Smilley at Real Scale will also custom cut windows from CorelDraw Ver 17 or older. I'm having him work on those for my engine house project. It's great that Walt Gillespie sold his product line to Stephen. That includes those great laser cut shingles.
Has anyone experimented with using a cricut machine? I'm not sure how fine of resolution you can cut down to, but based upon my reading the machine is able to cut .010 styrene sheet in a single pass.
Got these from Andre at River Leaf today. He did an excellent job! Now I can start laying out my new flat.
