Here are my fantasy engines ... an SD70ACe and AC4400 in L&N. Also two GP-7s in L&N. Very cool! Thanks, Jeff

Nice looking locos! I hate to admit this, but I like the gray L&N scheme so much better than the older blue-and-cream...

Very very nice!!! All four look great, but the Geeps are so sweet in that scheme.
Enjoy them.
Beautiful job Jeff!
Hi Mike- thanks for posting those pics!! These will look so cool on their respective frames- please post some follow up shots with them re-assembled.
Jeff,
I sure will post follow-up pictures!
Jeff C ... I was torn between the Black/Cream and Gray/Yellow so decided to have Jeff do one of each. I will probably follow-up with an additional one of each scheme on modern locomotives plus a couple of Legacy Geeps (7 or 9) in the Gray/Yellow.
Thanks Cando.
L&N played an important role in the growth of Evansville. My wife's grandfather was an engineer for L&N his whole career. L&N has had a prominent role on my various layouts over the years with a bit of CSX and Norfolk Southern mixed in.
I'm the self-appointed Information Minister of the Isle of Denial and I really like those paint schemes. Nice choice. Nice paint jobs.
They look great!
Nice fleet that you are building.
That will look great! The gray and yellow scheme (when clean) is one of my favorites

Finally had a moment to take a few pictures of the fully assembled engines repainted by Jeff ... WOW! They will look very nice with the Lionel AC6000 CSX Family Lines and the GPs in Lionel's new catalog ... Enjoy! This fall Jeff will be doing an AC6000 in the Black and a SD70ACe in Grey to add to the fleet.
Also I have been considering for a long time a Garden RR either in O or G or both but will have to wait until our 2 Labs get a little older. I did have a G Gauge oval on the patio for about 5 years.

Jeff, we will miss your work for awhile while you tend to your family. Just let us all know when you are ready to go again.
