We all have occasional rough experiences and these often end up on the forum.  However, in the last few months, my recent dealings with three forum sponsors exceeded customer expectations (and for inexpensive items too):

1) Lionel: I had a minor issue on a dinosaur train loco, speedy return authorization and quick repair from Lionel (no charge)!

2) MTH: Had an issue with lights on a Railking full vista dome car I bought from a friend.  Mailed a letter to MTH with  a description of the problem and within 72 hours I had been contacted and replacement parts were on the way (no charge).

3) Z-stuff: I bought ("unused") the water tower animator and diesel fuel station animator.  Upon emailing z stuff, to tell them about some issues and offering to pay for repairs (these were several years old and no guarantee they had not been used), I was told that there was an upgrade to these items.  I was instructed to send the items back - upgrades on these several year old items were installed  on both and returned (no charge).

No organization is perfect but these experiences were outstanding.
