Cutting square/rectangular windows

I have a Williams 18" baggage car that I am thinking about converting to a RPO car. This would require the modification of cutting three or four square/rectangular windows on each side.

The "trick-challenge" is getting the windows the same size, 45 degree corners and evenly aligned. Has anyone attempted this. I am assuming some sort of pattern or matrix would be required.

Thanks for any suggestions...technical...and pro or con!
