Just unpacked my Bowser Turntable and for some reason part of it was damaged when we moved. Not sure what it's called, but on the table there is a metal little arch that on the real table power wires go to. It sits on the top on the table and the engines fit under it. Mine was smashed. Is there anyone out there that might have a old table they aren't using anymore that would have that part? Thanks, Don

Hey Don contact CSX Al I am sure that he can come up with something that might help.
Wrote Alan, thanks Golfer. Also, called Bowser KD but with the time difference called to late. I'll try them in the morning. Thanks for giving me a name to ask for. Don
Good luck with your part Don. But, if that is the worst thing that happened during such a big move you are one lucky guy.
That said I'm sure someone will be able to help you with the part, or you may even try fabricating something yourself.
Worst case scenario let us know and we will start looking around for you at the train show junk boxs.
Hang in there, where there is a will there is a way.
Mario E.
Don I am sure that you can find one at York in a few weeks.
Thanks guys. So far it's the only thing I've found that is broken. We shipped a container so I most likely packed it wrong. It looks like something shifted onto the box. Alan wrote back and said his won't fit so I'll keep trying. So far I think I'm the only "O" gauger on Maui. I'll let you know what I hear from Bowser. Thanks Don
No but thanks Jim. Don
Yes, that's what I was trying to remember. I'm calling them in the morning. Thanks Rich. Don

Alex, it looks very much like that, but that's Alan Zamorski's turntable part. I wrote him but he said his won't fit a Bowser table. Thank you much for the help. I'm calling Bowser in the morning. They might have one in stock. I'll let you know. Again, thanks very much for the help. Don
I frequent Bowsers a couple times a month if I can be of help. I know all four guys out in sales pretty well.

As Rich mentions, the electrical tower is from the bridge detailing kit. The kit included the tower, stanchions, railing, and a shed for the turntable. I used one of the kits when I built my turntable a couple of years ago. Here's a pic of the tower (I damaged the shed and had to scratchbuild one):

Just talked to Lee at Bowser, they not only still have the detail kit, they still make some of the items in the kit. I'm ordering it today. I just want to thank everyone for the help. It's what makes this Forum so wonderful. Thanks. Alex, the weather has been beautiful here. I took this shot two nights ago from our bedroom. That's the island of Lanaii off in the distance. Don

Sorry KD, didn't see your post. No the road hasn't changed and most likely never will. We've never done the back way and going to try it soon. The whales will be leaving soon and heading North with their new babies. Well over a thousand whales visited the island this year. A lucky paddler got this shot yesterday. Don

I know it's gotta be tough living out there in the middle of nowhere, Don, but somebody's got to do it...Right?
Oh Allan, things are getting bad this winter. It's going to be down to 78 degrees and we'er getting low on Mai Tai mix. The Java finches are eating us out of house and home. I can't decide what beach we are going to today. It's all to much. The last time I wore long pants was on the plane over. I might have to find some. Don
