I have a problem with a recent auction on this site. Tried to contact them using the "contact us" provision on the web site but have not received a response. Does anyone have an email address for someone at DASH for TRAINZ that might be able to investigate my issue and help me out?

Try picking up the phone and calling Trainz directly? It is not like they are eBay and next to impossible to get to 866-234-1800

You can also e-mail them at customerservice@trainz.com. They are a growing outfit and sometimes things fall through the cracks, but I've done quite a bit of business with them and I've generally found that once you get their attention (politely) they will do their best to set things right.
Dash was majorly messed up the other day it was posting trains that trainz didn't have all said shipped factory direct and of course they where a lot of engines posted there below msrp and where some of the most wanted trains .After buying 3 diecast bnsf es44s (witch they didn't have)I figured out something wasn't right .
