What do I Ues to open the DCS File. When I Click on the file name. it asks "How do you want to open this file?" None of the choices work. I am running Windows 10. 64 bit and Net 3.5

After the file downloads to your computer, it should be in the form of an archive file with a .ZIP extension. If it is, then double clicking on it should run a program to unzip it into either as folder or 2 separate files. If it's a .ZIP file and no unarchiver program is offered to unarchive the files, you need y=to acquire a program that will do so.
However, it it's already unarchived into a folder or 2 separate files, then leave it alone.
Next download from MTH's Protosound 2 web site the DCS Loader Program, which should appear as an installer on your PC. Run the installer to install the DCS Loader Program.
Then, execute the Loader Program and, when you instruct it to update your DCS Remote and TIU, it will have you navigate to the actual upgrade files that you downloaded.
