I'm just now unpacking my trains after moving to a smaller home. I packed my power supplies (AC/DC adapter) in one box without labeling them. Not a good idea. Can anyone tell me the model number on the power supply the belongs to my DCS Explorer? Thanking you in advance.

I recently purchased the MTH DCS EXPLORER, it came with the interface, Antenna and Instructions,
no powersupply. Maybe the RTR sets include a power supply but the interface alone does not.
I am using the MTH Z-750 brick and i saw an ullustration somewhere of it paired with the Z-1000 brick and the directions say you can use the Z-4000 with a Bannana to Barell adapter cable, set to 22 volts.
The Explore is fused with a 5 amp atc fuse so that sort of limits it reguardless of input .

It will work with the auxiliary connection on the Z series as well. That's how I use it on my Z-1000 brick. Just the brick alone.
