I have reset the engine many times on my DCS sytem, but still can't get it to work with the ,DCS REMOTE COMMANDER, help! MONK

Did you do a FACTORY reset and then immediately remove the locomotive from the tracks? If so, that's never failed me.

You need to provide details of exactly what you're doing and exactly what happens at each step.
Volume should be on full, and once you reset, you turn off power and wait 10 seconds after shut down, then move over to the DCS Remote CDR track.
Did the engine play shut down sounds when you finished the reset? If not the battery is weak/dead and needs to be replaced for the factory reset to work.
If all that was good, the DCS remote batteries need to be checked, and of course you can have a bad Remote CDR. Seen a few of those. G
