Hello All,
I'm trying to swap a sound file on an MTH Subway. Its been a long road with laptop problems/repairs. I finally got the lapto working and the MTH program on it, and now I keep getting a warning that the software is having a hard time finding TIU COM3. I have tried switching USB's with no luck. Any help would be appreciated

you have to have loaded the mth device driver for usb file or your computer or your compter won't connect to your usb on laptop! let me know if you need anything else !
also have 6.1 remote and tiu versions for software if you need it !

I downloaded the drivers, I still received the same message. There is a way to lead windows to the drivers but I don’t know where they’re being put

once you have the service loader loaded you have to select "option" on top right of loader screen then click search for tiu if you don't do that a lot of times you can't find the com port!

I’ll give it a try, I must have twenty hours ago googling and trying things with no luck. 🤦♂️
*RESOLVED*
It turns out the manufacturer of each USB to Serial cable makes drivers for their own cables. 🤦♂️
