What is the correct way to wire all three for operation.  I currently have the DCS and Tmcc command module connect with the MTH interface cable.  My legacy is not connected to the track.  Can  I just run the track wire from the Legacy to the TIU output with the TMCC on the same connector?

BillSRR,

Yes you can do it that way, however I also most times run a Legacy drop directly to the opposite outside rail from the DCS.  This sets up a double Legacy signal.  Learned this from MartyF a while back, and it works very well.  However I was getting some intermittent interference with my FT Command Control Switches running in this manner, for some unknown reason.  On my newest layout I am using the opposite rail only and it fully eliminated the FTCC interference, however my signal is not quite as strong, but I have no running problems on the FT.  With the old 711/072 switches and conventional Tubular with the manual switch controllers, I still double side the Legacy signal and use LED's in the controllers and switches.

On an earlier layout I had the TMCC base plugged into the Legacy base and I ran DCS as well.  I do not have it set up right now; however, if you want to use the CAB 1 controllers, I think you will need the TMCC base; however, I am running my TMCC operating accessories and my ERR modified SMR engine without the CAB1 or the TMCC base.  I may need the TMCC base if I decide to utilize my TMCC gantry crane (direct cable to the base); however, I do not think I will have the space for it.
