Nice find Ted. I'll have to show my wife, she's from Czechoslovakia, her family escaped the communists when she was a little girl. I like the way they sceniced some of the track, usually it's either a loop around the ceiling in restaurants.
There was a place called Hamburger Choo Choo in Huntington NY that ran your order out on trains on the counter. Nothing this elaborate but fun none the less. The place burned down in the early 80's in a spectacular grease fire. 
2Toots in the Chicago area. Apparently they have 3 locations. We checked out the location in downtown Glen Ellyn during one of the March Meets. It does sit directly by the CNW main, but has limited views, with the only windows facing the side street rather than toward the tracks.
