I have a bunch of what I believe are either EMD or railroad delivery photos of F3's in the form of postcards measuring 5 1/2" x 8 3/4".  They were purchased at long since forgotten train shows.  I include one that is representative of what I have.  I happened to use this one when repainting LIONEL F3A and B units a long time ago.  Would like to know if these are photos by EMD or the railroads taken at time of delivery.  The back of the postcard dates the picture as 1947 and "Vanishing Vistas."  Thanks.

Hot Water, you nailed it!  At the bottom of the back of the postcard, it states:  "Photo Courtesy E.M.D."  It also gives the date: 1947; and, location:  La Grange, IL--EMD's plant location.

Should have looked more closely on the back of the postcard.

I'm going to scan what I have and upload them.  Should be time consuming on my HP C309a all-in-one machine doing fronts and backs.  Before I start, I'll phone the local FedEx Office and see what they'd charge to do it.

Thanks, again, Hot Water
